A Future Project for Hamm-Pelkum: Acquiring 15,500 m² of Land with Development Potential

Project Information

EMUG e.V. and the Hamm-Pelkum Mosque are planning to acquire approximately 15,500 m² of land with future development potential in Hamm-Pelkum.

Although this land cannot be developed immediately and the planning process may take time, we believe that this is an important and meaningful investment in the future of our community, our families and the next generations.

Our long-term vision is to create a place that serves society through social, cultural and religious activities, and potentially also through future housing opportunities.

In the future, this site could provide space for:

social and cultural activities,
religious education and community services,
children, youth, families and seniors,
charitable and community-based projects,
and, in the long term, suitable housing solutions.

A 5-year installment payment plan has been agreed with the current owners. To make this project possible, we are now launching a donation campaign and kindly ask for your support.
